Milk is a beverage rich in calcium. It is made from animals such as cows, goats, buffalo, and plants such as almonds, soybeans, and corn. Although it is beneficial for children to the elderly, including pregnant women, not everyone can drink it according to their needs. If consumed appropriately for their age, it will be good for health. Also, products made from milk have other substances added to make it more delicious, which may cause abnormalities in the body.
